Ikhala TVET College is open and actively accepting applications for the 2026 academic year, continuing its mission to provide quality technical and vocational education in the Eastern Cape. Ikhala TVET College serves multiple campuses, including Aliwal North, Ezibeleni, Queen Nonesi, Queenstown, and Sterkspruit, catering to a diverse student population across the Northern Region of the Eastern Cape. Ikhala  Application Requirements 2026

Ikhala Tvet requires certain records as part of the application process, so the applicant must supply them when applying. The following requirements must be met to apply;

  • Applicants must provide a legitimate email address.
  • Applicants must have a working mobile phone number.
  • South African candidates are required to have an ID number. The passport number of the international applicant must be known.
  • A certified copy of your most recent findings and copies of any academic certificates you may have, such as your senior certificate.
  • Applicants must provide evidence of residence.

Ikhala  Application Steps 2026

The following application guidelines should be followed by applicants to ensure a successful application: The application process is as follows:

Step 1. Career Guidance

Step 2. Online Application

  • Identify the course you wish to study; career counselling is available on call if you are still not sure. Complete the online application for the chosen programme/ course.

Step 3. Attach Documentation

  • Attach your application documentation (certified ID copy, results, next of kin ID copy, and photo). Your documents will be checked and approved if they are clear and certified, but will be rejected if they are not clear or have an outdated date stamp.

Step 4. Selection

  • You will receive an email after every step, updating you about the status of your application. After 30 September 2024, the college will start the selection process and communicate with you regarding the status of your application via email & SMS. The e-mail will have the registration details.

Step 5. Accept Offer

  • If you are admitted, you will receive an email & SMS informing you that you are “Provisionally Accepted,” and you will be expected to accept the offer on your Student Portal and print the Enrollment form.

Step 6. Registration

  • Once your application has been submitted, the college will inform you if you have been admitted, and you will be required to write a placement test; thereafter, you are expected to attend classes.
