Application Fee At Ikhala College

Are you considering applying to Ikhala TVET College for the 2026-2027 academic year? Or perhaps you want to find out how much the application fee is, as you plan to continue your education there? If so, here is all the important information you need to know about the application process and fees at Ikhala College. One of the key considerations when applying to Ikhala TVET College is the application fee. For most programmes, the application fee is a non-refundable R100. This fee helps cover the administrative costs involved in processing your application.  Specifically, students applying for National Certificate (Vocational) (NCV) courses and Report 191 programmes do not have to pay any application fee, making it easier for those pursuing these qualifications to gain access.

Ikhala TVET College has multiple campuses spread across the Eastern Cape, including locations such as Sterkspruit and Aliwal North, as well as within the Joe Gqabi and Chris Hani District Municipalities. Applications for any of these campuses can be completed online through Ikhala College’s official website. During the online application, you will be asked to fill out a career guidance questionnaire, choose your preferred campus and course, and upload all necessary certified documents. These typically include your ID, proof of residence, and academic certificates or results. It is essential to pay your application fee before your submission can move forward in the admission process.

For late applications, which are accepted after the official deadline (usually between April and November for the upcoming academic year or specific trimester periods), the fee increases to R200. This policy encourages applicants to submit their forms early. Please remember that paying the application fee and submitting your documents does not guarantee admission. The college will review all applications and notify successful candidates via email and SMS once provisional acceptance is granted, based on space availability and entry requirements.
