LVN-RN Transition Program
The course of study is comprised of 48 semester credit hours and upon completion of the curriculum; students will be awarded a total of 12 credits for previous LVN courses. Work experience as an LVN and proof of licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in the State of Texas is required.
