How Do You Calculate Matric Points
If you’re a first-time student, a recent high school graduate, or getting ready for the next stage of your academic career but don’t know what to study or what possibilities are available to you, your APS can help. By checking your APS, you can determine whether you are eligible to enroll in the postsecondary institution of your choice.
Students’ eligibility for admission to universities and colleges is determined by their Admission Point Score (APS), which is determined by their Matric grades. The marks are separated into groups and each % category has a fixed number of points. Once you know how many points you have in total, you may estimate your APS by accumulating the points you have for every subject.
What Should My Admission Point Score (APS) Be?
Your preferences for subjects and study locations will determine which APS you should receive. For each of the four passing levels, the following are the minimal APS requirements:
