PHC is rooted in a commitment to social justice, equity, solidarity and participation.

NOTE: The programme is offered as a full-time course over three years and is made up of the following 3 Fundamentals and 4 Vocational subjects or modules per level.

Primary Health Procedure to Apply: What can I do with a primary health certificate?

  • Make sure you have  all the required documents saved on your device in PDF format
  • Click on Apply to link to the application portal
  • Click on Select a course
  • To complete all the information about the course you want to apply for
  • you will need to insert a username and password.
  • Complete all the screens on the application portal
  • Once all screens are completed, you will be asked to upload your document.
  • click on the submit button to submit your application.

  • Certified copy of results
  • Proof of residence
  • Certified copy of next of kin
  • You will need to use Google Chrome on your device to complete the application form.
  • A valid email address
  • The student will receive confirmation through email.
  • The student can view the status on the application portal
