Rosebank College Fees Payment Method

Rosebank College offers several payment methods for student fees to accommodate different preferences. These include direct deposit (bank payments), debit orders, credit cards, debit cards, and bank-guaranteed cheques. Here’s a breakdown of how each method works:

Direct Bank Payments

When using direct bank payments, the payer maintains control over the amount transferred to the college, providing a safer option for students by eliminating the need to carry cash. Payments can be deposited at ABSA Bank, with the following details:

  • Account Name: Rosebank College National Office
  • Bank: ABSA
  • Branch: Rosebank
  • Account Number: 405 226 5747
  • Payment Reference: National ID or Passport Number

NOTE:

Bring the deposit slip when registering.

  • Email proof of payment to drsbank@rosebankcollege.co.za.
  • Ensure the National ID Number (for South African students) or Passport Number (for international students) is used as the payment reference. This ensures proper allocation to the student’s account.
  • Always keep copies of deposit slips and receipts for your records.

Please note that Rosebank College has a cashless policy and does not accept cash payments for security reasons.

Debit Orders

Debit orders allow for automatic payment of fees, processed between the 25th and the last day of each month. The debit order instruction is included in the student contract. Alternatively, a separate debit order instruction form can be requested from the campus.

Unpaid / Returned Cheques or Debit Orders

It is a criminal offence to issue dishonoured cheques or unpaid debit orders. If a cheque or debit order is returned, Rosebank College will no longer accept these forms of payment from the student. In cases of dishonoured payments, the college reserves the right to pursue legal action. A fee of R200 will be charged for each returned cheque or unpaid debit order. Additionally, any discounts that have been applied will be reversed, as the conditions for those discounts are no longer met.

Rosebank College takes fraud and payment compliance seriously to ensure that all student accounts are properly managed.
