TVET Colleges Application Date
Tvet colleges in South Africa accept or open applications for their potential applicants to apply from the 1st of September through to the 30th of September each year. Therefore we advise prospective applicants to visit the official website of the college they prefer to study for more updates about their application.
Applications must be submitted during the application period to ensure successful applications as late applications may not be considered for the academic year at some colleges.
Application Requirements For Tvet Colleges
Applicants who wish to apply to any of the Tvet colleges must make sure they meet all the application requirements of the school. The general requirements for Tvet college application are Stated below;
- Applicant must have a valid email or phone number
- Applicant must provide three (3) valid copies of their ID
- Applicants must provide three (3) valid copies of their parent/guardian ID
- If you are a citizen of South Africa, you will need an ID number
- Foreign students will also need to provide a valid copy of their passport number
- Applicant must provide their previous school qualifications
- Applicants must also provide their current school’s transcript
- Applicants must have evidence of their residence
- Applicants must provide evidence of their medical insurance or cover
- Applicants should provide a study permit( if they are foreign students)
- SAQA-approved for foreign qualifications.

TVET Colleges applications are done online on the official website of the colleges during the application period. Below are the application guidelines you must follow to ensure a successful application completion;

- Applicants must start with a pre-screening test

- Applicants must complete their application form in full
