Applicants who wish to apply for the second semester at Ikhala Tvet College can apply now, as the school has opened its application portal for interested applicants to apply. The applicant’s date commences on the 1st of June.

Ikhala TVET College  Second Semester Application Requirements 2026

The following documents are needed to apply to Ikhala Tvet College for the second semester:

  • Applicants should provide three certified copies of identification documents.
  • The identification of the parents or guardians must be verified in three official documents.
  • Applicants must provide a copy of their latest school results/Grade 9 or Higher.
  • Applicants should provide a one ID-size photocopy of the most recent school report.
  • Applicants must provide a distinctive phone number and email address.

To successfully submit your Ikhala TVET College second-semester application form (manually or online), please follow the steps below:

Step 1. Career Guidance

  • Follow this link to do an online Career Guidance Questionnaire: https://gostudy.net/ikhala

Step 2. Online Application

  • Identify the course you wish to study. Career counselling is available on call if you are still not sure. Complete the online application for the chosen programme/ course.

Step 3. Attach Documentation

  • Attach your application documentation (Certified ID Copy, Results, Next of Kin ID Copy, Photo). Your documents will be checked and approved if they are clear and certified, but will be rejected if they are not clear or have an outdated date stamp.

Step 4. Selection

  • You will receive an email after every step, updating you about the status of your application. After 30 September 2024, the college will start the selection process and communicate with you regarding the status of your application via email & SMS. The e-mail will have the registration details.

Step 5. Accept Offer

  • If you are admitted, you will receive an email & SMS informing you that you are “Provisionally Accepted” and you will be expected to accept the offer on your Student Portal and print the Enrolment form.

Step 6. Registration

  • Once your application has been submitted, the college will inform you if you have been admitted, and you will be required to write a placement test. Thereafter, you are expected to attend classes.
