Ikhala TVET College Application Procedures

The steps to ensure a successful submission of the application:

• Step 2: Choose a course of study of your choice, but feel free to ask for career counseling for advice if you’re unsure about your choice. Finish the online application for the course you want to take.
• Step 3: Attach to your application all pertinent paperwork (transcripts, copies of your next of kin’s valid ID, and a photo). Make sure all of your documentation is readable and legitimate, since the school will review it and accept it if it is, but if it is not, they will not accept it.
• Stage 4: The school will email you to let you know the status of your application after each stage.
  The college will begin the selection process on September 30th, and you will be notified of your status by email and SMS at that time. Your registration information will be included in the email.
• Step 5: After being accepted into the program, you will receive an email and SMS letting you know that the school has accepted you. You will then need to accept the offer on your student portal and print the enrollment form.
• Step 6: After completing the application process, the college will let you know if you’ve been accepted and when you can start taking classes.
