The online application portal of Ikhala College is currently open for applications from eligible students for NCV, NATED and occupational; and skills courses offered at the college. Interested applicants can apply online for admission during the application period.

Ikhala  College will not accept late applications for the 2025 academic year. Before applying, make sure you meet the admission requirements. The application portal is open to both South African and international students who wish to study at the college.

Ikhala 2025 Application Date

To prevent late application submission, it is encouraged for all interested applicants to take note of the aforementioned date or check the school’s official website for more information. The application window for Ikhala is open from September 1 through September 30, 2024. Therefore all applications must be submitted before the deadline.

Ikhala  Application Requirements 2025

Ikhala Tvet requires certain records as part of the application process, so the applicant must supply them when applying. The following requirements must be met to apply;

• Applicants must provide a legitimate email address.
• Applicants must have a working mobile phone number.
• South African candidates are required to have an ID number. The passport number of the international applicant must be known.
• A certified copy of your most recent findings and copies of any academic certificates you may have, such as your senior certificate;
• Applicants must provide evidence of residence.

Ikhala  Application Steps 2025

The following application guidelines should be followed by applicants to ensure a successful application: The application process is as follows:

Step 1. Career Guidance

• Follow this link to do an online Career Guidance Questionnaire: https://gostudy.net/ikhala

Step 2. Online Application

• Identify the course you wish to study, career counselling is available on call if you are still not sure. Complete the online application for the chosen programme/ course.

Step 3. Attach Documentation

• Attach your application documentation (Certified ID Copy, Results, Next of Kin ID Copy, Photo). Your documents will be checked and approved if they are clear and certified but will be rejected if they are not clear or have an outdated date stamp.

Step 4. Selection

• You will receive an e-mail after every step, updating you about the status of your application. After 30 September 2024, the college will start the selection process and communicate with you regarding the status of your application via email & SMS. The e-mail will have the registration details.

Step 5. Accept Offer

• If you are admitted, you will receive an email & SMS informing you that you are “Provisionally Accepted” and you will be expected to Accept the offer on your Student Portal and print the Enrolment form.

Step 6. Registration

• Once your application has been submitted, the college will inform you if you have been admitted and you will be required to write a pace test, thereafter you are expected to attend classes.
