- Applicants must provide proof of income: social grant slip/ recent salary slip/ recent bank statement
- Applicants must have an affidavit stating unemployment, including information on whether they received a grant and the amount received.
- Applicants must provide the residential address of the student
- Applicants must provide the number of family members in the household
- Applicants must provide the number of students in the household (only University and College students – Provide proof of University students)
- Applicants must submit the accommodation amount per month (in the case of private boarders)
- Applicants must submit the transport amount per month: this should be in an affidavit
