  • Who is eligible to enroll in a TVET College?

TVET Colleges, which are part of the Higher Education system, admit students who have completed Grades 9, 10, 11, or 12 in high school. TVET College courses are a good option for post-graduates from universities who wish to gain additional practical experience. Tvet College Courses And Requirements

Before you apply  for a course at a TVET College, you need to provide these requirements to achieve the course you want to pursue:

  • Business Studies N4-N6

Minimum admission requirements N4-N6: NC(V) level 4 (Business and Utility Studies) /Passed Matric/Grade 12/NC(V) Level 4 PLUS Specific requirements per program.

  • Engineering Studies N4-N6

Minimum admission requirements: Passed Matric/Grade 12/NC(V) Level 4 Plus Specific requirements per programs.

  • Business Studies NQF Levels 2-4

Minimum admission requirements: Grade 9 or Higher pass/NQF level 1/AET level 4 – Specific selection criteria of the College. NC(V) level 2 for level 3 and NC(V) level 3 for level 4

  • Engineering Studies NQF Levels 2-4

Minimum admission requirements: Grade 9 or Higher pass/NQF level 1/AET level 4 – Specific selection criteria of the College. NC(V) level 2 for level 3 and NC(V) level 3 for level 4

  • Utility studies NQF Levels 2-4
