Minimum Admission Requirements For Primary Health Care
Along with following rules G23A, G3, G4, and G7, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a diploma or degree in General Nursing and Midwifery
- Or have been granted conferment of status as per Rule G10A
- Or have advanced standing through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) according to Rule G10B
Applicants must also be registered with the South African Nursing Council as a General Nurse and Midwife. Additionally, they should have at least 2 years of post-registration experience in these roles. Proof of professional indemnity is also required.
