Eastcape Midlands College (EMC) is a prominent Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institution located in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa. Established on 31 March 2002 through the merger of several technical colleges, including Uitenhage Technical College, KwaNobuhle Technical College, Grahamstown Technical College, and a satellite campus of Bethelsdorp Technical College, EMC officially launched in October 2003. The college is headquartered in Uitenhage, within the Nelson Mandela Bay Metropolitan Municipality, serving both highly industrialised urban areas and rural communities in the region.

EMC operates across multiple campuses, with eight main campuses including Brickfields, Charles Goodyear, Graaff-Reinet, Grahamstown, Heath Park, High Street, Park Avenue, and Thanduxolo.
